I'm a hands-on CTO. I own the parts most people split in two — the technical strategy and the system that has to deliver it. Architecture, the hard calls, and the build, end to end.
I think in products, not just systems. What to build, what to cut, and in what order matters as much as how it's engineered — so I'm as useful on roadmap and product direction as on the architecture underneath it.
I've done this at the sharp end of growth: founding engineer at a startup that went from zero to $100M+ raised in under three years. I know what a system needs to survive that curve — and what a product needs to earn it.
I lead small enough to stay close to the code, and senior enough to make the calls that decide whether a system scales or stalls. That combination is rarer than it should be — it's what I bring to a team.
